Refunds

We strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our services. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our window tinting service, please contact us within 30 days of service completion to discuss a possible refund or re-service.

Cancellations

We understand that plans may change. If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Rescheduling

We are happy to reschedule your appointment at no additional cost if you provide at least 24 hours notice. Please contact us to arrange a new date and time.

Quality Assurance

We stand by the quality of our work. If you notice any issues with the tinting within 30 days of service, we will address them at no additional cost to ensure your satisfaction.

Exclusions

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Services that have been completed and accepted by the customer.
  • Damage caused by improper care or external factors after service completion.
  • Services that were not performed due to customer-provided incorrect information.
